In the spring semester of 2020, Arcadia University allowed students to take a class that would allow them to have a preview into what it would be like to study abroad.
There were many different options such as London, China, Paris, Costa Rica, Ireland, Italy, Vietnam, and Oman. All first-year students were allowed to apply to one of these places and take the class with the designated topic of discussion to learn about and apply for when it is time to go on the trip.
Unfortunately our once in a lifetime trip got cancelled due to the Corona virus outbreak which affected the entire world. On a positive note this virus did allow us to spark our blogging careers early though.
We have learned everything from creating a title, what tole it take on your family and friends to taking pictures all the way to launching a website that has your blog.
Many people from the class come from different background and interests, so some do not have a care for writing much at all, while others love to do it all the time. Even though there are many different types of students, everyone has learned something new and will be able to use the lessons taught in this class to better their further careers, whatever that may be.
This class has been nothing but a good experience, and everyone reading this blog should open their mind and consider researching and discovering what it takes to be a travel writer. You never know, maybe in five years you can be a travel writing making 6 figures!
